    Exemplary Solutions

    Concept Development

    The customer describes their problem to us. We create a complete solution concept including a functional specification and provide consulting support to the customer throughout the entire period. The customer is free to award the contract for the implementation of our solution elsewhere afterwards.

    The customer comes to us with a request for an automated special solution. We create a concept specifically for this – we develop various components such as a functional specification, cycle time analysis, as well as workflows and preference lists, e.g., for suppliers or components. With this concept, the customer has the freedom to request quotes for the special solutions we designed from other manufacturers in an uncomplicated and perfectly prepared manner.

    Development Project

    The customer is faced with the challenge of wanting to solve a use case mechanically. We develop a solution specifically tailored to it and present it to the customer. If they are enthusiastic about it – and only then – they can accept this solution and put it into use.

    Our customer was looking for a mechanical automation solution for a safer and more efficient workflow – but such a solution did not even exist on the market yet! This was not a deterrent for us, but a welcome challenge: We say: YES, that can be automated! So, in this project, we develop a concrete solution together with the customer.

    Consulting and Implementation Workshop

    The customer plans to optimize their processes and workflows. We advise them, show them possibilities and solutions, and provide consulting support during implementation. We are also happy to hold workshops for employees to help anchor the necessary steps in the right places within the company.

    We conducted an assessment of our customer’s current workflow: Our experts analyzed all processes and operations in detail, developed concrete suggestions for improvement based on this, and presented them to the customer. Since our approaches received positive feedback, we are now supporting the customer in implementing our suggestions for improvement. This includes workshops for employees, rearranging various machine locations, designing more efficient walking routes – and much more.

    Individual Development and Implementation of Special Machines

    The customer is faced with enormous requirements and guidelines for their production and turns to us. We develop exactly the machine with which the customer can fulfill these special requirements and guidelines. The greater the challenge, the better!

    Our customer had to fulfill various, partly new requirements for their production. These were to be met through automated assembly. In the first step, we created a concrete concept for this and moved on to the next step: design. After we took the manufacturing of the specifically required components into our own hands, the machine was assembled in our assembly hall. In the final project step, the system was programmed with its software at our facility and commissioned smoothly – the project was a complete success for everyone involved.
