Brake cable assembly

ASSEMBLY
  • Assembly positions for a safety brake cable and for angular offset of the eyelet of the cable
  • Safe insertion of the cable through scanning
  • Manual pretension through simple slide technology
  • Crimping of the sleeve with the cable by a hydro-pneumatic joining unit
  • After manual insertion, the automatic sequence starts up through two-hand operator control
  • Tox press offsets the angle of the eyelet by 90° by moving downwards
CHECK
  • Correct cable type can be detected by the camera system

  • Test mandrel checks the angle and eyelet length

  • Sensor monitoring of limit positions
