ASSEMBLY

  • Automated rotary table for marking and inspection of module frames

  • Cooling of warm components with ionized air

  • Module frames are automatically marked and placed into blisters by a handling unit

  • Blisters are placed into the stacking unit and subsequently separated

  • Filled blisters are stacked by the palletizer and ready for removal

INSPECTION

  • Inspection of DMC readability using a vision system
