Brake Cable Assembly

ASSEMBLY
  • Assembly stations for a safety brake cable and for bending the cable eyelet
  • Safe cable insertion through verification
  • Manual pretensioning using simple slide technology

  • Crimping of the sleeve with the cable using a hydropneumatic joining unit

  • After manual insertion, the automatic sequence starts via two-hand operation
  • TOX press bends the eyelet by 90° through downward movement
TESTING
  • Correct cable type identified by camera system
  • Test mandrel checks the angle and eyelet length

  • Sensor monitoring of end positions
