Fully automatic welding process for carbide tips on drill shanks
Inductive welding process for various diameters and lengths of drills in 4 stations
Stamping for drill identification and pre-separation of drills and carbide tips
Nickel sheet is fed into the laser chamber, laser-cut, and spot-welded onto the drill blank
Components are transferred to the induction welding system, heated, and welded by a coil (areas are water-cooled to dissipate heat)
