Declaration of consent according to GDPR for the processing of data by HOLZ automation GmbH

The following personal data is processed for our service:

• Last name, first name
• Date of birth
• Address
• Email address
• Phone number
• Start date
• Photo
• All information provided in the application documents
• All information provided in the application form

The aforementioned data is collected for the purpose of internal processes and is also stored on our company’s servers. The data can only be viewed and processed by authorized persons. Should further data be required, it must be requested separately. (Automatic) deletion of the collected data takes place in accordance with the applicable regulations. The signatory has the right to withdraw this consent at any time without stating reasons, with effect for the future. For this purpose, an email to bewerbung@holz-automation.de is sufficient. The lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the withdrawal is not affected by the withdrawal. The signatory has the right not to agree to this declaration of consent; however, failure to sign would preclude the use of the service.

The applicant warrants that they voluntarily consent to the collection and processing of their data for the purpose of internal processes and that they have been informed about the data processing and their rights.
